Reservation conditions for a pitch.


Count here yourself how much your stay will be

1) RESERVATION.

Your reservation will only be confirmed when the management of the camp-site receives your deposit. The reservation will remain valid for 24 hours after your given time of arrival, after this time your right to reservation will lapse. Only reservations made with deposits are accepted.

2) DEPOSIT.

10 euro for each day you reserve + 20 euro reservation fee. Send this in the name of camp-site " Le Clos Auroy " And include this cheque with your reservation-form. Any deposit made goes towards the costs of your stay less 20 euro reservation fee (this is used to cover administrative costs and is not refundable)

Or by internationaal banking; IBAN; Fr 76 1018 8068 0148 1396 7000 131 en BIC; BCHAFR21. (attention of the time this takes) Or by sending your creditcard details, cardnumber and valid date.

3) CANCELLATION.

Should you have to cancel your reservation more then 30 days before your arrival date your deposit will be refunded less 20 euro administrative fee. If you have to cancel within 30 days of your arrival date there is no refund.

4) ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE,

Your reserved pitch is freely accessible from 14 o'clock and has to be cleared before 11 o'clock on the day of departure.

5) PAYMENT,

The whole amount of your stay minus your deposit is due to be paid upon your arrival.
